- Every piece is meticulously hand-forged, inspected for quality, and securely packed in our studio.
- Regular website orders ship out within 2 to 3 business days.
- For custom orders or our Live Capsule Game nights, please allow 3 to 5 business days post-stream for us to complete our precise wire-wrapping and curing processes.

Returns, Swaps, & Exchanges
- Due to the custom, hand-crafted nature of our gemstone and textile designs, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges based on color variations, as raw, earth-mined gemstones and crystal chips naturally feature unique inclusions, shifting patterns, and irregular textures.
- If an item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging so we can immediately make it right!
